Meet the Humans of Snipp - Bridget Daly

Bridget Daly - Senior Client Director, Phoenix

People’s Person, Rock Music Buff & Crochet Lady

Bridget finds herself happiest when attending rock music gigs, where she dresses in self-curated funky outfits – her disco ball earrings are one of her most prized possessions. When she’s not working or navigating concert crowds, she’s found hiking in the mountains of Arizona or struggling with crochet.

Bridget comes from a diverse career trajectory. Starting with years in PR, she loved being people-centric: talking to people, telling their stories, and finding solutions for them.

Although she has considerable experience in digital marketing, when Bridget came to Snipp, it became her first brush with tech marketing.

Biggest career spurt at Snipp

She considers her work at Snipp as one of her most significant career spurts. At Snipp, she taught herself complex tech concepts so she could head all of Snipp’s North American project managers, who now fall under her team.

Bridget is glad to be at Snipp for several reasons –

  • After 20 years of working, she finds she is still learning
  • Every morning she is able to connect with people from all over the world, that too from her home office!
  • Having far more freedom to make decisions for her operations than her previous job
  • Having her voice heard as a woman in the organization

Certified leadership coach with kitchen rules

As a certified career coach, Bridget trained in leadership coaching for five years so she could “lead teams and inspire” instead of just “manage people.” Bridget believes the way to lead is to be curious about what people are saying, that’s where leaders will get insights on where support is needed. As opposed to simply telling people what to do.

However, she isn’t interested in what anyone thinks about where dirty dishes should go. It’s always in the sink. NOT the counter.
