Priyadarshani aka Priya is a self-confessed workaholic. In the hours that she isn’t engaged with Snipp operations, she’s engrossed in the world of crime or horror. By that we mean, her shelf is filled with books by Edgar Alan Poe and Stephen King.
Priya has a track record of long-term relationships with her workplace. After spending 7 years at her last job, Priya moved to Snipp, where she is nearly about to finish a decade! In these years, Priya has held various roles at Snipp – from pre-sales to project management, she’s now the project management team lead. Having built her career from the “ground up” at Snipp, Priya finds it easier to assist her project managers with their daily challenges.
Besides she’s a night owl which makes it far easier for her to communicate with a global team and have her slow mornings to herself.
Moving out & finding confidence at Snipp
Though what really keeps Priya at Snipp, is the strong culture of growth and encouragement. She feels Snipp has pushed her to widen her career horizon and gain the confidence that she often lacked. Snipp isn’t just Priya’s cheerleader in her professional life, but her growing role at Snipp also supported her to move out of her parents home in Mumbai, to her own apartment in the city.

But Priya has persisted with breaking those cultural barriers for she lives by the motto – “usually everything works out at the end”.
Except if you place a glass in her living room without a coaster, that certainly doesn’t work for her.
