Growing with Mindfulness and Motherhood

Originally from Beijing, Xuetong enjoys guided meditations that help her disconnect from life's demands and absorb the present moment. She also finds listening to light music, practicing calligraphy, and cooking delicious food therapeutic. However, most of her time is now spent with her 3-year-old son and partner, who she has been with since high school!

“The journey from girlhood to motherhood has been one of my biggest growth spurts,” confesses Xuetong.

Making Data Come to Life

Snipp became Xuetong’s first job after she completed her master’s degree in data science from the University of Cork. At Snipp, Xuetong manages data integration, cleaning, and processing while ensuring security and consistency throughout systems. Additionally, she analyzes historical data to identify new business opportunities and monitors the performance of reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Her favorite part of this job is designing reports, through which she presents data more effectively, helping clients gain better insights into their business. "Seeing my reports come to life and the satisfaction of clients makes me feel that the work I do is meaningful." says Xuetong.

Guided by Creativity, Curiosity, and Contentment

Working at Snipp makes Xuetong's job even more fulfilling, as it gives her the freedom to be “creative” and explore “fresh ideas” and “innovative solutions”.

The best advice she ever received was to 'Stay curious'!
“Snipp sparks my curiosity,” says Xuetong. “This way, I keep learning, and makes life more interesting.”

Xuetong believes that to be both successful and content; one must be cautious about becoming easily influenced by others. Instead, it's essential to listen to one’s inner voice, which will always guide one toward their true interests and passions.
