The Prysmian Group wanted to increase loyalty and share of wallet within applicators of Draka products.

Snipp built a points-based loyalty rewards program to incentivize and reward installers to buy more product from Prysmian. The Draka Connect & Collect program is a rewards program for installers in the Netherlands who buy specific Draka electrical products from participating wholesalers. Installers earn points (called Coins) by uploading invoices at https://www.connectcollect.nl/en-NL (English), https://www.connectcollect.nl/nl-NL (Dutch) to show proof of purchase. The number of points they earn depends on the product type and the wholesaler they bought from. Once they have enough points, they can redeem them for rewards listed on the same website.
