Driving Customer Engagement for Starwood Retail Partners

Starwood was looking to improve customer engagement across various malls as well as promote donations to local charities.

Ziploop (a Snipp Company) created a self-serve receipts and reward program used across 26 malls. Managers defined rules for multiple campaigns including graphics, instructions and terms as well as promoted the campaign through direct mail, social or on site – establishing a connect with guests as they shop. 

In this program, consumers submit receipts from participating locations and select a charity to earn entries.
