Driving Program Efficiency via Personalization and Gamification for BC Hydro

BC Hydro wanted to improve the Behavioral Energy Efficiency Program with their 210K members who signed up to be part of Team Power Smart as well as  hyper-personalize the digital customer experience and leverage gamification and stickiness to increase efficacy of the program

Partnering with Bidgely, a series of emails were sent to Team Power Smart members with hyper-personalized disaggregation tips encouraging homeowners to take behavioral energy efficiency actions to complete their challenge. Homeowners could take up to 8 photos of the recommended energy efficiency behaviors throughout their home and uploaded them to a Snipp-hosted microsite where the photos were automatically validated by the SnippCheck OCR technology for credit
