Chattem created a rebate program, and wanted to enhance it to drive further participation and redemption.

Snipp developed a text-submission mechanism to supplement an existing microsite, where consumers could buy 2 or more qualifying Chattem products with a value of at least $15 to receive a rebate $5 in the form of PayPal or check. Consumers can also receive a $10 rebate by purchasing 2 or more qualifying products in one transaction with a total value of at least $30. To enter phase 2 of the program, consumers could text-in their receipts to 811811 using to the keyword LIVEHAPPY.
