Oakley Entices Sales Reps with Tiered Rewards

Situation: Oakley wanted to incentivize sales representatives at all retailers where Oakley products are sold, without the need for POS integration or mail in forms. They wanted to offer tiered rewards, instant wins, and create a database of sales representatives in the process

Solution: In partnership with their agency, Snipp built a robust mobile optimized experience. Stores receive a promotional "Welcome Kit" with 20 Free Music Download cards to hand out to customers that purchase Oakley Sun Eyewear.

Sales representatives register and submit a receipt or POS print out showing a qualifying purchase. Each receipt is validated for it's unique transaction ID and retailer name, and there is a real time leaderboard showing sales representatives.

The program offers tiered rewards with prizes for the Top 25 Reps, a grand prize winner, Individual Rewards for reaching sales goals, a free pair of Oakley's for every 12 pairs sold, and rewards for stores as well!
