Snipp developed a text to win campaign where consumers who text in SOLO to 811-811 and send in their state (program is open to residents of Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia) can get an entry into the sweepstakes for a chance to win.
