Atul Sabharwal

Founder, CEO
Atul is a founder of Snipp and has over 20 years of experience in the digital media/mobile industry. He served as Executive Director of the Acme Group, a $2+ billion company based in India. Atul’s earlier experience includes a board role at eSolar, an Idealabs company funded by Google, GE & Oak Capital, founder of the Finalysis Group (a consulting group and provider of remote services such as call center management and lead generation to corporate clients), and positions with AOL, IBM Business Services (previously PWC Consulting), the Boston Consulting Group and News Corporation. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and attended Wharton.

Rahoul Roy

Founder, Chief Legal Officer
Rahoul joined Snipp as Chief Legal Officer & EVP, Corporate Development in October 2015. He has over 20 years of experience practicing law in both the United States and India, and prior to joining Snipp, was running his own corporate law practice in New York with a clientele of entrepreneurs and multinational corporations. Rahoul advised and assisted clients on various commercial transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments; M & A; the licensing, developing and procuring of technology and content; joint ventures and other strategic alliances; and domestic &  international outsourcing arrangements. Rahoul obtained his BA. LLB., (Hons) from the National Law School of India, and his LL.M., with Distinction, from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Niamh is Chief Operating Officer at Snipp. Niamh is a former assistant professor of the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a seasoned Information Systems scholar. She leverages significant expertise in digital strategy, innovation and enterprise agility to drive Snipp's global operations strategy. Niamh holds a PhD in Business Information Systems, an MBS in eBusiness, an MA in Academic Practice, a HDip in Computer Science, and a BA in Music

A successful 15+ years track record of solid contributions in technical project leadership and people management across a variety of industries. He is proficient in the Agile, SCRUM process with 15 years’ direct experience in software development, architecture and high-level technical design for enterprise systems. He brings technical innovations, which drives business growth much faster and creates a huge competitive advantage.

A strategic thinker and results-driven operator, Chris has a proven track record of building lasting client relationships, delivering award-winning campaigns, and leading high-performing teams. His client work has earned multiple Effie and REGGIE Awards, a testament to his ability to blend creativity, data-driven marketing, and strategic insight to generate real business impact. Chris holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan University and completed the prestigious Harvard Business School HBX CORe Program in 2018, deepening his expertise in business analytics, economics, and financial accounting. Whether leading organizational change, spearheading innovative loyalty strategies, or mentoring future leaders, Chris brings passion, integrity, and a relentless focus on results. Tom J. Burgess is a seasoned executive and trailblazer in wireless advertising, digital media, and loyalty technology, with a track record of innovation that spans decades. As a serial entrepreneur, Tom has founded and scaled multiple successful ventures at the intersection of fintech, martech, and media—earning a reputation as a visionary leader and change agent in consumer engagement. Tom’s pioneering work has earned him multiple U.S. patents in the areas of wireless advertising and consumer offer redemption. He founded Third Screen Media —one of the earliest wireless advertising companies—which was acquired by AOL/Time Warner. He also launched Linkable Networks, a payments-based loyalty company that orchestrated card-linked rewards and was ultimately acquired by Collinson. Tom is a frequent speaker at global marketing and tech conferences, and his insights have been featured in top-tier media including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, The New York Times, and The Boston Globe. As an active board member and advisor to early-stage ventures, he brings deep expertise in M&A, corporate development, investor relations, and Board governance. Tom is affiliated with key industry organizations such as the P2P Retail Media Guild and DCA-CardLinx Association, and has worked closely with companies including Snipp, Linkable, Klickly, Aben, and Klarna to push the boundaries of retail and financial media innovation. Kalina Deng

Kalina Deng

VP, Office of the CEO

Kalina Deng is a strategic operator and loyalty marketing leader with over a decade of experience across startups, venture capital, and Fortune 100 companies. As Vice President in the Office of the CEO at Snipp Interactive, she leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives spanning product innovation, business operations, and new ventures. She also heads Snipp’s North American loyalty business and oversees go-to-market and operational strategy for SnippMedia. Previously, Kalina led global digital consumer engagement and loyalty product strategy at Reckitt, supporting flagship brands such as Enfamil, Lysol, and Airborne across five continents. She also orchestrated large-scale digital transformation programs at Tapestry Inc., supporting brands like Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. Earlier in her career, she managed operations at XRC Ventures, a leading venture capital firm specializing in retail tech and consumer health innovation. Kalina is a 2023 Global Peter Drucker Challenge laureate, serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and is a published author with Springer Nature. She has spoken at academic and professional conferences worldwide on topics spanning design thinking, digital loyalty, and business innovation. She holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from NYU Stern School of Business, an M.A. with valedictorian honors from Parsons School of Design, and a B.A. cum laude from Wellesley College, with extensive coursework at MIT. Richard was the founder and CEO of Gambit Rewards. He is an experienced fintech entrepreneur and investment banker, with over 20 years of capital markets experience. In 2012, Richard co-founded ACEPortal, a leading financial technology platform for private placements of securities. As Head of Business Development, he helped steer a strategic investment in ACEPortal by the New York Stock Exchange in 2013, and the sale of the company to the Beneficient Company in 2018. Previously, Richard had a successful investment banking career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and CIBC. He holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

Christian Hausammann

Christian joined Snipp in September 2015 with over 20 years of account management, business development and management experience in Direct Marketing, Loyalty Management, Store Credit Cards / Payment and Giftcard Management. He is responsible for the European business and the Enterprise Loyalty business unit. Prior to Snipp, Christian was an executive at Swiss Post Solutions where he successfully implemented various loyalty projects including closed-loop payment functionality and gift card management in Switzerland and in Europe. He co-led the development- and implementation unit SPS Ireland. Christian holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich.

Mario has expertise in the banking, telco and retail sectors, among othersRecognised as a strategic leader, with a proven ability to deliver business results in offering and implementing innovative solutions, Mario is a fan of the "Challenge Sale" methodology. Over the last few years he has built experience on SaaS sales specifically to marketing divisions - promoting solutions on customer loyalty management and customer engagement. CPGs, Retailers, Travel & Hospitality, Sports Teams have become his favorite spots in the EMEA region
